Flight mission planner - DroneDeploy

Step 1 – Set preferences

The first step is to make sure all app setting preferences is set right. Go to menu, press preferenses and set Units and Max altitude to preferred options. 

Go back to main menu. 

Step 2 – Create a mission

Now we will create a mission. Press project. 

Step 3 – Tap on map

Go to the area you want to create a mission over. Then press "Create project here".

Step 4 – Choose mission type

Choose the mission type "standard map". 

Step 5 – Choose area and flight height in basic settings

Set the flight height to 110 m. 

Then drag on the white dots to extend the area. To add more points on the area press and drag on the dots with a +.

Now go to advanced settings. 

Step 6 – Advanced settings

In advanced settings make sure you have chosen the right settings for your mission. Press on "Automatic Settings" to enable manual advanced settings. 

The standard is as in the picture. 

Step  – Camera settings

Make sure to put in the right camera settings in the DJI GO 4 or DJI Fly app.

Step 8 – Go fly!

Now we are ready to go flying. Press the button, make sure the checklist is in place and start capturing images!
