How to get satellite images?

Updated

To begin with there are two different types of satellite images that we at Arboair use. Low-res and High-res.

Low-res satellite images are images with lower resolution. For example Sentinel-2 images with 10x10m resolution per pixel. This is mainly used for area-of-interest analysis to get an overview.

High-res satellite images are images with higher resolution. Our partners provide high-res images with a resolution of 0.3x0.3m to 0.7x0.7m. With these images, we can cover larger areas (up to 20 000 ha/image), however, the resolution is worse than a drone image which will make the analysis a bit worse.

Do you want to get access to high-res or low-res satellite images over you area? Contact us at market@arboair.com with a request.
