Pix4D Errors

Sometimes things does not work as they are intended. We are here to help as much as possible. As we are not in anyway connected to Pix4D we cannot stand for how their application perform and we might not be able to fix all issues. In that case please look at Pix4D:s general troubleshooting.

Geofence Error

The Geofence Error occurs when there is a geofence that stops the drone mission. The geofence is to make sure that drones do not fly where they are not welcome. 

Sometimes this does not work as intended and an area is locked in the Pix4D app even though it is available in other drone mission planning apps. 

To fix this problem you have to set the Geofence parameters correctly in the vendor application. We found this good guide on how to unlock areas (even if there are no locked area where you are). Look at the guide:
